01Who we are

This Cookie Policy explains how Xeon NC (“Xeon,” “we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on xeonnc.com and its subdomains, including our instant quoting platform at order.xeonnc.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. For anything in this policy, contact us at quote@xeonnc.com or 760-220-7465.

02What cookies and tracking technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use the broader family of technologies that behave like cookies: tracking pixels (tiny invisible images or code snippets that report your visit to a third party), tags (scripts loaded through a tag manager), and local storage (data saved by your browser). In this policy, “cookies” covers all of these.

First-party cookies are set by us and only readable by our site. Third-party cookies and pixels are set by other companies — such as Google, Meta, or LinkedIn — and can transmit information about your visit to those companies.

04The cookies we use

Strictly necessary — always active

Required for the site to function and to remember your consent choice. These do not track you across sites and cannot be switched off.

Analytics — off until you opt in Consent required

If you allow analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 (GA4) through Google Tag Manager. GA4 collects pages visited, time on page, device and browser type, approximate geographic region (derived from your IP address, which Google does not log or store for GA4), and interaction events such as clicks on “Get a Quote.” We use this to understand which pages help customers and which need work. Google acts as our service provider but also processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Advertising — off until you opt in Consent required

If you allow advertising cookies, we load conversion and retargeting tags from Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. These measure whether our ads led you here and may show you Xeon ads on those platforms afterward. This involves transmitting information about your visit (pages viewed, device identifiers, hashed identifiers, IP address) to those companies, which they may combine with data they hold about you. California law treats this as “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — see Section 6 for your rights.

05Managing your choices

On this site: use the Cookie Settings link in the footer of any page (or the button in Section 3) to review or change your choices at any time. Withdrawing consent stops the relevant technologies from loading on your next page view; cookies already on your device can be cleared through your browser.

In your browser: every major browser lets you block or delete cookies — see instructions for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break quoting and checkout.

Google Analytics everywhere: Google offers a browser add-on that blocks GA on all sites.

Global Privacy Control: we treat the GPC browser signal as a valid opt-out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as California law requires.

06California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, the transmission of your visit data to advertising platforms (Section 4) may constitute “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt out of that sharing at any time, and we do not knowingly share the personal information of consumers under 16. You can exercise this right three ways: reject or disable Advertising cookies in Cookie Settings, enable Global Privacy Control in your browser, or email quote@xeonnc.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share.” We do not sell personal information for money.

The California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA) restricts technologies that capture the content or routing data of your communications without consent. Our consent-first design (Section 3) means no such technology operates during your visit unless you have expressly agreed to it first.

You also have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information we hold about you — these are described in our Privacy Policy.

07Other US states, EEA & UK visitors

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights to opt out of targeted advertising; the mechanisms in Section 5 apply equally, and we honor universal opt-out signals such as GPC for all visitors regardless of state.

If you visit from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and the ePrivacy rules) for all non-essential cookies, and our Google tags implement Google Consent Mode v2, which signals your consent state to Google before any data is processed. You may withdraw consent at any time via Cookie Settings.

08Changes to this policy

When we add a tracking technology or change how an existing one is used, we will update this page, revise the effective date above, and — for material changes — re-display the consent banner so you can make a fresh choice. We keep a record of the consent version you agreed to.
