METAL

FINISHING.

Transforming raw cut materials into premium, safe-edge products. Powered by the industrial-scale Hans Weber PT 1350, we provide perfect edge rounding, dross removal, and uniform directional grain for professional fabrications.

FLAWLESS

EDGING

Raw laser cuts often leave sharp, dangerous edges or burrs that complicate assembly and fail safety standards. Our Hans Weber machinery utilizes a patented Multi-Rotation Brush (R2) to perfectly soften edges from all angles simultaneously. Recommended outline radii and edge-break class by material and thickness are in the sharp-corner / edge-break guide.

Achieve a flawless feel on every part, stripping laser slag and delivering uniform corner rounding that prepares surfaces seamlessly for powder coating or anodic finishes.

PREMIUM

GRAINING

For materials left exposed in the final product—such as brushed stainless steel or raw aluminum—the PT 1350 applies a perfectly uniform linear surface grain across the entire width of the part.

By utilizing the massive Contact Roller System D, we remove mill scale, eliminate handling scratches, and provide an incredibly consistent baseline aesthetic for panels up to 1350mm wide.

ADVANCED R2 BRUSH TECH

The patented Multi-Rotation Brush R2 system utilizes a planetary brush head that rotates in multiple directions. This ensures edges are hit effectively regardless of orientation, leaving a flawless 360-degree break across complex punched or laser-cut profiles.

Real Results

BEFORE & AFTER

Drag the slider to compare the underside of a laser-cut sheet metal part before and after a single automated pass through the Hans Weber 1350 Contact Roller station.

Before Processing

Laser-cut underside showing residual burrs, slag dross, and rough cut edges that create assembly interference and safety hazards.

After Processing

Clean, flush surface after a single automated pass. Burrs removed, edges safe to handle, and surface ready for bending, hardware insertion, or powder coating.

Process Progression

DEBURRING vs EDGE ROUNDING

Both operations run in sequence on the Weber 1350. Drag the slider to see the visible surface difference between a freshly deburred part and one that has also completed edge rounding.

After Deburring

Burrs removed and surface is flush — but cut edges are still sharp and square. Safe for handling, not yet ideal for coating or exposure.

After Edge Rounding

All edges carry a controlled radius. Surfaces are paint-ready, fatigue-resistant, and meet consumer-safe handling standards throughout the part perimeter.
