To ensure extremely small or thin parts don't tip into the machine bed slats during rapid cutting, we seamlessly program Nano Tabs and Micro Tabs.

  • Nano Tabs: Microscopic connections that hold the part safely, but easily snap away, leaving virtually zero post-processing burr.
  • Micro Tabs: Stronger structural tethers used for heavier nested parts ensuring absolute stability during rapid fiber movements.

INDUSTRIAL FIBER

At the heart of our machine lies an industrial solid-state fiber laser source. Unlike older CO2 lasers with fragile mirrors, the light is generated in active optical fibers and transmitted directly to the cutting head through a flexible transport fiber.

This advanced process delivers a highly focused beam with a wavelength 10x shorter than CO2. This allows the laser to effortlessly slice through highly reflective metals like aluminum, copper, and brass without damaging internal optics.
